  • Drafting legal expert reports on certain issues concerning Romanian law for multiple high-stake international arbitrations, both commercial and investor-state;
  • Representing an important Romanian aircraft operator in a one-of-a-kind dispute with the state concerning complex issues in the field of the EU ETS scheme.
