Vlad Stănese

Vlad joined Răzvan Dincă & Asociații immediately after graduating the Faculty of Law – University of Bucharest. As a member of Răzvan Dincă & Asociații’s team, Vlad gained a vast experience in intellectual property and competition law.

Vlad heads the IP prosecution team since 2020.

Given his extensive practice in the intellectual property field, Vlad also became a Trademark and Design attorney in 2023.

Vlad’s latest professional experience comprises:

• giving permanent contract and IP advice to an American premium television network and streaming platform regarding the original content the Client produces in Romania;
• assisting an important Chinese multinational technology corporation in prosecution matters;
• providing assistance to one of the most reputed food and beverage manufacturers in Romania in trade mark related cases in front of EUIPO and the General Court (European Union);
• assisting an important French automotive manufacturer in a number of parallel imports cases;
• representing a food manufacturer in a series of trademark and designs litigations;
• advising one of the biggest European coffee producers in a number of trademark infringement cases;
• assisting a Russian oil company in multiple patent and trademark related litigations;
• giving advice to a Chinese tobacco company regarding the annulment of a series of trademark infringement based border measures;
• assisting an important perfume manufacturer in trademark cases in front of the EUIPO;
• providing assistance to one of most reputed manufacturers of sweets in trademarks cases;
• providing assistance to one of the most reputed Chinese multinational technology corporation in criminal proceedings related to trademark infringement;
• providing assistance to a global leader in the pharmaceutical sector on matters relating to patent enforcement in Romania;
• assisting a biopesticides manufacturer in prosecution proceedings concerning its supplementary protection certificate;
• assisting several Romanian financial institutions in a multi-million cross-border recovery of debt against the heirs of one of the wealthiest and most prominent Romanian individual.
