The Association ROTARY CLUB TRIUMPH is a non-profit organisation actively implicated in the civil society, through several humanitarian and cultural projects destined to the professional, social and cultural development of the society.

Răzvan Dincă & Asociaţii is happy to be able to support the Association, by contributing as sponsor in the organisation of the “IN-BETWEEN COLLECTION” charity event, organized by the CLUB INTERACT TRIUMPH Association together with the P.A.V.E.L. Association, destined to raise funds in order to help the children with cancer, leukaemia and serious anemia.

We are pleased to announce that, due to the growth of our team and our business, we moved to a new location. Starting December 1^st, 2014, we invite you to visit us at our new premises, at 49 Popa Tatu Street, Sector 1. The villa was built in 1884, the year when the Romanian Academy started the work on the first Romanian language dictionary. It was recently restored to satisfy the exigencies of a modern premium offices building.

This move means not only a new and exciting step in our activity, but also a confirmation of the steady evolution of our firm, that we could not have achieved without the support of our clients and partners. We take this opportunity to thank all of you for your contribution to our success.

The World Trademark Review 1000 published the 2015 edition, ranking Răzvan Dincă & Asociaţii under the “Prosecution and strategy” and the “Enforcement and litigation” sections. The directory emphasises that the firm “made great strides since its inception and already enjoys significant standing on the market”.

Under the “Individuals” section, Răzvan Dincă is ranked for the fifth year consecutively, being described as “an authoritative academic and virtuoso litigator”, buoying by his “glittering reputation” the steady development of the firm. Răzvan is depicted by the peers interviewed as “honest, serious and knows how to make an impression in front of the court.”

Candidates should fulfill the following requirements:

– 2-3 years of experience in intellectual property law, respectively commercial law and banking;

– fluency in English; good command of another language is considered a plus.

– computer literacy (MS Office).
