Raluca Tudor graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest in June 2017. She joined our team in November 2017 and has since predominantly focused on civil, commercial, and intellectual property cases.
Raluca’s recent professional accomplishments include:
- offering ongoing contract and IP guidance to an American premium television network and streaming platform, specifically concerning the original content they produce in Romania;
- assisting one of Romania’s leading food and beverage manufacturers with trademark-related issues;
- supporting a renowned Chinese multinational technology corporation in criminal proceedings tied to trademark infringement;
- advising one of Europe’s largest coffee producers on matters related to trademarks;
- helping a significant player in the software development market with a tort lawsuit against shareholders of an offshore company, which is a contractual partner of the client;
- counseling and representing several of Romania’s major commercial banks on issues such as breach of contract, consumer protection, and debt recovery.
